Your PLACE Volunteer Database subscription helps you connect God’s people into meaningful ministry, watch your church’s “ministry mobilization vital signs,” and respond with actions customized to your members. It is bundled with the “mobilyzr Online” Survey System, and together, they include the following online database features:

• PLACE Volunteer Database – assimilate members with a complete, integrated process that starts with identifying their giftedness through the PLACE Assessment tool and follows them through connecting into meaning ministry.
• “mobilyzr Online” Survey System – track members’ ministry involvement, both inside the church and out in the community; store members’ learning style and appreciation/motivation preferences in their volunteer profiles, so you can customize communications with them and trainings for them.
• “mobilyzr Online” Ministry Guide – translate your organizational chart into relevant database categories, ministries, and jobs; post open positions; search for ministry matches for volunteers; and target communications with your ministry teams.
• Tracking Tools – search the Volunteer Database by specific data (e.g., spiritual gifts, gender, age), generate reports that build accountability into the mobilization process, and gain insights for future ministry directions by tracking trends.
• mobilyzr Release Newsletter – receive periodic reports from mobilyzr.com, with valuable insights about current trends in church assimilation/mobilization and about other churches with demographics similar to yours.

The amount of your annual subscription fee is based on your church's average worship attendance.  The full amount is due when you subscribe, and – unlike some other online church software systems – mobilyzr.com does not charge an additional "initial set-up fee."

"mobilyzr Online” SURVEY SYSTEM SUBSCRIPTION (bundled with the PLACE Volunteer Database)

Our “mobilyzr Online” Surveys help you better understand your congregation and customize your work with them. We have three types of Surveys available as quick-and-easy internet polls of your congregation:

• Ministry Involvement Survey – track who in your church serves in what ministries, and the amount of time they give to each. Compile statistics for total number of people and hours of service in each category, ministry, and job that you specify in your church’s “mobilyzr Online” Ministry Guide.  
• Equipping Preferences Survey –log each individual’s hierarchy of 12 different preferred methods for learning. These learning media match the mobilyzr.com categories of recommended resources for improving and maintaining effectiveness in your church’s mobilization process.
• Appreciation Preferences Survey – log each individual’s hierarchy of five preferred methods for being encouraged, using the Five Love Languages concept developed by Dr. Gary Chapman.

The Survey System is bundled with the PLACE Volunteer Database subscription, and Survey results are stored in your Volunteer Database. Conduct an UNLIMITED number of one, two, or all three Surveys during your 12-month subscription. For instance, take a Ministry Involvement Survey at the beginning of your subscription to establish your ministry service baseline, then take the same Survey periodically to pinpoint trends in per-volunteer service hours, primary and emerging areas of service, etc.

Any Surveys taken within one year after the purchase date can still be viewed after your subscription expires. Renew your subscription, and all new Survey data will be compiled into your same account.
